On this page I am going to compare and contrast all three civilizations. The Maya, the Aztec, and the Inca.
The Aztec and the Inca (compare): they both were conquered by the Spanish, and they were around during the same time.
The Aztec and the Inca (contrast) : the Aztec had the most sacrafice and the Inca had the least amount of sacrafice, the Inca rose in 1200 C.E and fell in 1532 C.E, and the Aztec began in 1100 C.E and settled in Central Mexico in 1325 C.E, then they fell in 1521 C.E
The Aztec and the Maya (compare): They both had advanced technologies like math, and astronomy. They also had a written language, and the both had sacraficial ceremonies.
The Aztec and the Maya (contrast): the Maya started in 600 B.C.E and fell in 900 C.E , and the Aztec rose in 1325 C.E and fell in 1521 C.E. The Maya had a game, and the Aztec children, if they misbehaved, would be pressed against a cactus or put over a fire with chillies in it and would be forced to breath in the smoke.
All groups had different things and similar things.
All had in common: They all were polytheistic, they all had a farming and a food surplus, all in South/Central Mexico, they all had organized religion, social classes, job specialization, and many more things
